Looking for a good neighborhood bike shop in Echo Park, LA with a friendy staff

I'm interested in having two frames built up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It looks like Echo Park's only bike shop, unsurprisingly called Echo Park Cycles, run by three ex-messengers, is closed--or moved somewhere--or something, it isn't clear: http://www.yelp.com/biz/echo-park-cycles-los-angeles
