As far as I know, none of the free programs will do that. I use Powerlink Cyberdirector for all that stuff. It's older software now so I'm sure you can find a cracked version on Bittorrent or something for free that gives you access to the full version. Are you using Mac or PC?

I use this all the time and swear by it...best thing is you don't have to down load it.

Check out Emicsoft Video Converter for MAC too. Its great.
