Anyone have any experience with this National Bike Registry?

Yes.  I registered my bike there.  I had to pay for the membership but it seemed worth it to me because this registry is available to law enforcement agencies all over the country.  They sent me a certificate of registration and a sticker to put on my bike.   Fortunately, (KNOCK ON WOOD)  I have not had to avail myself of their services in the case of a stolen bike. So I do not know how their process works or how well. Hopefully I will never know :-)

This one is free forever,  and is run by Goodwill industries.  If you wish to have a numbered sticker set with the website on it it's a buck more.  

 

The other high-priced bike registry companies are a scam IMHO.
