Does any of you been there or used it? Is the facility considered a a success? Any insights?

A coworker had a membership, which he had to get onto a wait-list for. I suspect it becomes filled in the Spring, but this time of year perhaps not.
I've used it to park my bike when seeing things in millenium park or in the loop. It's fairly nice, convenient and secure since the bike cops are in and out of the area often. It does close early which is a pain but other than that I like it.
There was an earlier discussion about this as well, with a really detailed review: http://www.thechainlink.org/forum/topics/2211490:Topic:639

I've never used it but it sounds like it serves a good purpose. I just wish there was another one further west.
A few friends of mine use it and enjoy the shower after their commute from Lakeview to downtown.
It's a good resource if you're downtown or near the path and need help in a pinch. Otherwise, meh. I used to work in the North Loop, and it always seemed too far away to be useful to me. I would go to Kozy's on Erie instead. It has more to offer and is easier to enter.

I thought they had 24 hour bike parking there.. Maybe just to members..

The website says 24 hour bike parking but when I used it I had the impression that you couldn't access the parking area after 9pm or something. I didn't really verify it though and just got stuff done before then.
