"Ask Me About Bike Winter" at Halloween CCM

There has been an idea thrown out to have people walk around wearing a sign saying "Ask Me About Bike Winter" at the Halloween CCM. Anyone want to volunteer? Ideas?

So just out of curiosity, and assuming somebody actually asks, what's the "Bike Winter" party line?

Good question! I would say....it's a grassroots group/organization of individuals who promote cycling year round. BW hosts workshops, classes and rides throughout the fall and winter. Does that help?
