Hey Chainlinkers,

As previously mentioned, WTTW's Geoffrey Baer will air a new show "Biking the Boulevards" on Monday, November 29 during their pledge drive.

They just posted a cool 10-minute preview video (including a nice Chicago Critical Mass shout out) on their site.

We blogged about it.

Also copied/pasted here:

It's everything we've come to expect from WTTW and the amazing Geoffrey Baer...the upcoming "Biking the Boulevards" show has posted a 10-minute video preview on their site (on the right-hand side).

Get a taste of Geoffrey's bike journey on Chicago's boulevard system, some wonderful historical tidbits and perspective plus a peek at the future of biking in the City of Big Shoulders.

Active Trans is proud to be a show partner and is very excited for the full show to air on Monday, November 29th.

PS: You can also check out Geoffrey as our keynote speaker for our Member Meeting!

Thanks,

Ethan, do you know if they need volunteers at the pledge drive? We've thrown out the idea of a Bike Winter monthly volunteer night for various organizations and Lowell has been talking about a WTTW pledge night.
I'll have to make sure to mark this on my calendar. Unlike a lot of other programs there's no watching it online the next day (as far as I know).
Hey Julie, I can let you know what I find out. As a show partner, Active Trans is hoping to be involved with the pledge drive. Please shoot me an email later next week, I should know more or have a specific contact.

Thanks,
Ethan, with Active Trans
