Bike Sting Sunday-- Look out!!!

I just received word that there will be a sting operation in the area of Division and Milwaukee on Sunday, most likely early afternoon starting around 1. They'll be targeting people who don't see bicycles as year-round transportation and issuing blue stickers that look like this:

I'm guessing these slimy bastards are planning to meet at 12:30 PM to make their dastardly little plans in order to be out haraunging innocent passersby by 1 or so. I think I may have cracked the code in that e-mail-- it seems they may be meeting up at Paulina and Division.
