I have had an Epson Workforce 600 all-in-one for a little over a year. This is a color ink-jet printer/copier/scanner/fax with wireless capability, I think ~$200 original retail.

About 6 weeks ago I was cranking out some flyers for mass and the black clogged.
I spent a few weeks with a zillion head cleaning cycles, dripping Windex on the pad and through the jets, but it only seemed to make it worse.

I think Epson might be willing to exchange it but I just don't want to bother; haven't had any daytime time to call and follow-up as per their support e-mail instructions.

If you think you know how to fix this please come and get it . . . I also have a well-worn Epson 1200 (wide-carriage) printer to pass along; and a small supply of aftermarket inks for both.
Will only pass it along if I have a solid sense that there's something you intend to do to fix it that I haven't  tried.
