Cycling Cap Sewing Lessons

I found a great pattern online for cycling caps and would love to learn how to sew them. Anyone with the equipment and knowledge with some extra time that would be willing to teach me. I will provide the raw material for the caps (will bring enough for a few caps so you get a couple too) and will fix a meal in exchange for the lesson. You just need to have the sewing machine and the patients to teach an old guy a new trick.

I would be happy to except I just typed cycling cap pattern in Bings image search and it popped up so I guess I could give credit to Bing.
