I thought that dimension was for Italian frames
only?... I have this deal set up,where this bike shop gives
me old frames that are given to them or that
they run into.

They recently acquired a schwinn traveler and gave it to me.The frame is red
and the fork is blue. The bike was made in Taiwan for
Schwinn Bicycle Company Chicago.....there is a decal on the
bike that says it is xtralite, but I say bullshit...it is on the heavy side...
My Miyata is way lighter

The spacing between the rear drops is 130mm

are all traveler's set up like this? I find the dimensions rather
odd for an American bike...I thought most vintage American makes
went by JIS or ISO

It's 68mm. I swear.
Something is not right.I know the standard is 68mm...

I got a cm yardstick,and I'm measuring 7cm(70mm)....unless,
all were not made equal at the schwinn plant.
There are slight differences that are factory tolerable. Ain't gonna hurt the ride. I promise.
