Advice On Pedicab Costs

I need pricing advice, what is a fair price for a used single speed/chain to sprocket drivetrain Chinese Pedicab with the pull brake. Here is a photo,

Anyone have any opinions on these types of cabs?

I worked for a company briefly that had these. I would go as far as to call them dangerous. They have a narrow wheel base making them unstable. Only one company in the city uses them, and for good reason. Aside from the instability issues, there have been deaths due to the poor breaking ability of these. I have seen them on line for about $300, plus as much in shipping. If you want my full run down give me a call.
