THe biker (regardless of being honked at) threw his cup at the cab and then provoked the guy. He lucky the guy did not put him in the hospital. I side with the cab driver.

and the cab driver was smart enough to keep his hands off and avoid an assault charge.

as a peddicaber this video pisses me off.shit like this is going to get peddicabs banned in every major city. it was fun while it lasted.
