Bike route open during NASCAR

 There is a ton of material about NASCAR street closings from June 2x through July x, but little has been published about bike and pedestrian access. 

  I talked to a guy wearing a STAFF lanyard yesterday.  He said the bike/pedestrian path from 11th to Lake Front Trail will be open the entire time.  

 Sometime Saturday, July 1st, 2023 I plan to photo going under Columbus Drive during the race.  It will show what we all know anyway; Biking is closer to the earth than NASCAR.
