 I bought my bike used about 4 years ago. Where would I find the frame size of my bike. I can't decifer the serial number. It's H8HR04965- DT0219536B. Any help would be appreciated.

Regardless of serial number, it's not that hard to measure the size of a bike frame.  Here's the most common method for road-type bikes:

This is how you measure for the most popular referenced size, the FRAME SIZE. This is usually in centimeters (cm). For average size men's road bikes it can be 50cm for a small frame up to 62cm for a very tall men's frame.
