Bike Restoration Professional

Asking for a friend (I really am asking for a friend). A friend of mine owns an old Schwinn tandem from the 70's that is in need of restoration. Does anyone have a recommendation for someone who can do this?

They do restorations on vintage Schwinn bikes often.

I've never used them for restoration, but they often have examples of bikes they've done in their shop and I have seen a couple freshly restored bikes as customers have picked them up. They seem to do a great job.
