About me:: I am an independent business improvement consultant and run a small consulting firm. At age 47 I was in terrible shape. I started exercising and at 49 fell in love with cycling. I'm 57 now, lost 40 lbs over the years, and average 21/mph in a group and am around 18-19/mph when riding alone. Cycling has become a passion and I like to ride trails with my Fuji Cyclocross/Hybrid as well. I do spin classes and the StairMaster in the off season.
