If you're using GPS I hope you are turning off the automatic routing because the GPX file is useless otherwise. All the trails and recommended roads will disappear unless the automatic routing is shut off. Be sure to take the trail maps with you along with a state highway map in case you take a wrong turn. Also I have taken a Powerpoint from screen captures of the Mapsource file along on every tour. Perhaps you would like a copy for your team?

My tours have gone smoothly (for me...) because of the GPS and all of my preparation. I got to the camp sites on time and I was able to relax and head out for some dinner and a few drinks. So if you miss a turn IMMEDIATELY back track and stay on the trail. You will be rewarded with great scenery, a nice meal, and a good night's sleep!
