I stumbled upon the website looking for information on determining what size tire would fit a road frame
About me:
I'm an avid rider I have completed the "tour the montour" the last six years. A 100 km road tour on the Montour trail. A rails to trails trail that runs from Coraopolis Pa. to cumberland Md. Ride whenever else I can. North Park in Allegheny County Pa has nice trails both in the woods and an asphalt trail around the lake. One lap = five miles
My first bike:
My very first quality road bike was a Gitane tour de France, purchased at willi's ski shop in South Hills village mall. Many years ago. Worked all summer in a bakery washing dish's and scraping cake pans to buy that bike.
