Well, at least no one's gonna ride it away.  That is, before swapping out the front wheel with a nearby one from another semi-locked bike.

Heck, that's a nice chain.  Just steal the front wheel and the chain and cut the lock off with the angle grinder in your garage.   You not only get a free front wheel, but a nice chain too!

Is there some sort of electical assist hidden in those bags?  Those exhaust pipes sure are sweet!
