Here we've got a Timbuk2 Messenger for sale, in size Medium (21L capacity), with a beautiful gunmetal grey/green/grey top flap.

It's been lovingly rocked for the past two years, but the outside looks near-new with no appreciable stains or wear. The inside liner shows slight scuffing and very, very minor cracking, but nothing that a good ole piece of duct tape couldn't fix. Alternatively, Timbuk2 has been known to take in bags and replace the lining, OR give the buyer a brand new bag.
