Saw a person riding a blue hybrid Trek (?) with comfort seat at Ashland and Division, but the bike was way too tall for him - he would flop over at a stop and his feet just barely touched the pedals.  Lets say he was 5'3" - 5'4" for a bike set up for 5'6" to 5'9".
